VCS Tools Pack v0.002 adds car spawning and portal maker

Durka Durka Mahn recently released the VCS Tools Pack v0.002. This update adds more functions making it a worthy upgrade from the previous version.

A portal maker and car spawner tool have been added to the program. Portal maker creates a two-way portal that allows easy travel between two points in the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories while the car spawner will allow you to add cars to the game by inputing the Car ID, coordinates, and its orientation. The Car IDs can be found in the car spawn ID text file included with the program.

If this is the first time you’ll be using this, remember that you have to have the VCS cheat program for it to work. Like any homebrew, be sure to go over the read me document in the zipped file to avoid any confusion on its usage.
