Vice City Trademark Speculation: TV Show/ Movie?

As we just mentioned, “Vice City Stories” was submitted for a trademark…which doesn’t really mean that much, just protection for the future. But the interesting thing is “where” one of the submissions is placed.

Vice City Stories: Entertainment services in the nature of the production and distribution of motion picture films; production of prerecorded video cassettes, video discs and laser discs; entertainment services in the nature of live-action and/or animated television programs series and production of live-action, and/or animated motion picture films for television; entertainment services in the nature of computer games provided and played through a global computer network.

So are we now looking at the TV show speculation from a few months ago on SPIKE TV, or another “game-movie”?
