2008 Blizzard Entertainment Worldwide Invitational to Feature Video Games Live and Blizzard's Own Level 70 Elite Tauren Chieftain - Image 1Attendees to the Blizzard‘s 2008 Worldwide Invitational will be getting a treat this year, with the presence of two acclaimed names in video game music: Video Games Live and Level 70 Elite Tauren Chieftain.

As if being able to play both Wrath of the Lich King and StarCraft 2 during the event wasn’t enough of a reason to go.

This will be L70ETC’s first live European appearance, as the Worldwide Invitational will be held in Paris this year. Video Games Live be a symphonic performance, played by a full orchestra and choir.

Tickets for the Worldwide Invitational have already been sold out since March, so it’s tough cookies for those of you who weren’t able to get one. There’s always next year though. For now, we can wait for the updates on Blizzard games that are bound to spring up during the event, which will take place on June 28 and 29.
