No More Heroes - Image 1 Goichi Suda‘s Nintendo Wii exclusive No More Heroes is out now in Japan and those who’ve been enjoying it have been posting gameplay videos. We caught a pretty lengthy one that shows you just some of the things you’ll do as aspiring assassin Travis Touchdown. Steal vehicles, slash enemies and slap bystanders’ faces off in this raunchy and violent Wii offering.

Who said that the Nintendo Wii can’t get down and dirty? With the Japanese launch of Goichi Suda (Suda 51)’s No More Heroes in Japan, we’re seeing the leading console’s meaner side. We’ve grabbed hold of this gameplay video and we hope you enjoy it:

As you can see, this Japanese sandbox game carries a nice attitude with it much like the popular Grand Theft Auto series. Players will live the life of beam katana-wielding protagonist Travis Touchdown as he sets out on a mission to become the world’s top-ranked assassin. It won’t be easy to move up the ranks as each boss carries unique and deadly gimmicks to dispose of you.

No more Heroes seems to pack quite a wallop as Japanese publication Famitsu reviewed it and gave it a cozy score of 34 out of 40. We’ll keep you posted as we await No More Heroes‘ arrival in American shores.
