Team Twiizers has done it again, in a major, major way. In a new video, Marcan shows off BootMii, which takes over the Wii’s boot process and lets you run unsigned code from your SD card. It can even let you boot straight to the Homebrew Channel.

Unlike SaveMii, this is a purely software based solution. Needless to say, this opens up a lot of possibilities for the Wii, including eliminating any danger of bricking your console. Here’s the video from Marcan:
