Video: Project Rygar teaser, with commentary from developer
This game was first announced as a “Tecmo New Style Action Game” on Famitsu. Ignoring the engrish, that particular announcement was intriguing because others have speculated (and anticipated) a sequel to the PS2 re-envisioning, Rygar: The Legendary Adventure.
The folks at IGN managed to get these two video at Tecmo’s Nite Out 07 event. Behold, Project Rygar for the Wii:
Yep, no gameplay, just some concept art. Based on what’s there though, it’s probably safe to say that it’s like 300, only with the “pretty boy posing” factor upped a tad more. Naw, we jest. Kidding aside, given the PS2 version’s appeal (75 to 90 percent when it comes to review scores), this looks like a promising action offering for the Wii.
