A lot of us have heard news and seen photos of Square Enix‘s Party 2007, and we all wish we would’ve been there. We can’t do anything about that, but what we can do is show you a video clip of what happened in the big ball. Have a look and try hard to pretend that you’re really there.

The video is pretty dark and it’s not easy to decipher what the people were talking about, but hey, at least we didn’t see bubbly cos-players making out, right? Still, at least we got a feel of what the ambiance was like and it looks as if Square Enix really pulled out the stops to wow the crowd.

Among the highlights of the night was Square Enix’s consultation of the fans and media on which Final Fantasy title to remake. Final Fantasy VII came out as the clear winner on the strength of both new and old gamers wanting it for the PlayStation 3. Also, reports abound that popular summoned creature Ifrit was spotted on the Final Fantasy XIII trailer.
