Virtual Console: Sega Master System games arriving
Good news for retro gamers: the Wii’s Virtual Console will now be releasing games from the Sega Master System console. The first Master System games will be released in Japan, but we expect them to arrive in other regions soon enough. Details in the full article.
Last month, the Wii’s Virtual Console website caused a bit of a stir. A redesign suggested that the VC will be getting two new consoles to add to its collection of retro gaming systems. The mystery is (half) over: welcome Sega‘s Master System console.
The first games for the Master System will be released in Japan first, but we expect them to reach other regions soon enough. The first two titles to be released are Fantasy Zone (500 Wii points) and Fist of the North Star (600 Wii points).
Also in VC news: two Mega Drive titles will be released in Japan this February, namely Wrestle Ball and Gley Lancer.
