The latest in the series of Empire Earth games, Empire Earth III (EEIII) being published by Vivendi is looking really good. An RTS developed by Mad Doc Software for the PC, EEIII is looking better, bigger and cleaner than it’s previous iterations.

Besides having three customizable civilizations (namely Eastern, Middle-Eastern, and Western), the latest version of the game will introduce new units and weapons such as a nuclear cannon. More importantly, the developers have also added a new free-form campaign structure will let you jump from major event to major event. This removes the “one time period” constraint that was present in Empire Earth II.Another feature of the game is that units and buildings will carry over from previous levels, thus allowing players to build a powerful army to rule the world.

Empire Earth III is set to be released during Fall this year in the US and December 31 for Europe. Check out the screenshots and artwork if it’s your cup of tea.
