Want to build a Real E$tate Empire?
I have always been a big fun of simulation games. Be it the grand daddy of’em all Sims or even just the minor ones such as train simulation, bar-tending simulation or any other job or activity you can possibly think of. Upon knowing then that developer Rusty Games is coming up with a real estate simulation title, I could just not wait to give it a try myself.
Unfortunately for me, the game is still listed as a WIP. It was a good thing though that Rusty Games just released a playable demo version of Real E$tate Empire. Although it is still in its early stage, it’s good to see how the game is going. We’ve uploaded the file in our site and in case you guys are interested, the download link is available below.
Played in monthly turns, Real E$tate Empire teaches players the ins and outs of buying, renovating and selling real estate. Various careers available to choose from include handyman, contractor, interior decorator, real estate broker or MBA. Each player must use his/her savings, income and real estate profits to buy properties for renovation and sale.
