WAR lore: News from the front regarding the Assault on Ulthuan

In a real battle, news from the front lines is usually of the utmost importance. Some of the bloodiest and most terrible wars ever fought have been civil wars. This certainly seems to be the case in EA Mythic‘s Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning (WAR). The reports from the front line have been coming in and while the Assault on Ulthuan has begun, it would seem that the Druuchi forces have drawn first blood and have driven their Asur cousins back.

The Dark Elves are an understandably ferocious lot – after all, Ulthuan was once their homeland before they were driven into exile by their High Elf brethren thousands of years ago. They have now taken the battle directly to the High Elves in a desire for vengeance. Correspondence has already passed back and forth between various Dark Elf personages, relating tales involving anything from battles upon the Blighted Isle to quests for eagle hatchlings.

The battles in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning are heating up, even as EA Mythic continues to update us with the latest goings-on from both a role-playing (RP) and a metagaming perspective.
