War Rock rocks UK

On February 6, 2007, UK will be invaded by War Rock, an intense FPS from K2 Network, Inc. This online, military, tactical FPS features state of the art weapons, team or solo based play, as well as an unbelievable collection of maps and missions. With five different characters to master, you can never get tired playing either solo or in a team.

Says Matt Norton, producer, “After months of open beta testing that have seen thousands of players battle it out across the globe, we are pleased to announce a date for the official full release of War Rock.” He adds, “With an easy learning curve, deep gameplay and low system specks, War Rock is a fantastic example of the K2 Network’s ability to publish groundbreaking Free2Play online games.”

The premium retail edition of the game will be including a manual, full-colour map book and a limited edition War Rock dog tags. Now, the deal is this. For the first month of play, gamers will have the Gold Premium membership. Included here are an unlockable fifth weapon slot, a unique weapon, integrated voice chat, access to new maps and game play modes, weaponry, armour and w hole slew of new in-game items.
