Warhammer Online – Avelorn overview

Let’s steer our journey of EA Mythic‘s Warhammer Online to the land of Avelorn, one of the most ancient kingdoms of Ulthuan.

It is said that this place is wrapped in so much magic that even the trees, rivers, and even the earth are carrying magic. It sure is interesting, but not entirely surprising, considering that this is close to the heart of the High Elves. Only in the past week, we’ve provided you with a vast variety of character profiles and land overviews in EA Mythic‘s Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning. As they do seem to be a lot of help for our future quests in the game, then we don’t see why we shouldn’t give you some more.

This time around, here’s an overview of Avelorn, one of Ulthuan’s most ancient kingdoms. It is described as verdant, “a vast magical forest bathed in the warm light of eternal summer.” It is said that Avelorn’s land holds great cultural significance for the High Elves.

Of course, the beautiful greeneries aren’t just there for mere aesthetic value. The trees, glades, rivers, and the earth are said to have potent magic. They essentially serve to protect the kingdom within it, and certainly, to preserve its natural beauty.

There are, however, dangers that one must be careful of when treading in the paths of the forests in Avelorn. Be wary of dark places deep within the woods, for this is where the Beastmen lie. Meanwhile, take care when passing by the cold marshes, or the deep caves under the ancient rotting trunks, for this is where the Daemonic minions of the Ruinous Powers reside.
