Warhammer Online Zone Overview: Black Crag

Black Crag

At a glance, you might dismiss the Black Crag as nothing but a wyvern-infested “no-man’s land” teeming with Orcs, Goblins and other creepy crawlies. The horrible wyvern matriarch Diemonus resides there, so if you don’t want to end up as her babies’ TV dinner, better steer clear from her nest.

Dissension is spreading among the greenskins, as Skargor, one of the Black Orcs, is believed to be questioning the Bloody Sun Boyz’ authority. Moreover, the Dwarfs are making sure that the Orcs won’t gain access to the mighty fortress of Karak Eight Peaks, as the road that leads to it runs directly through Black Crag.

Of course, the dreaded Black Crag has seen better days. Before it was known as Karak Drazh, a rich area considered second to the famous Karak Eight Peaks in resources and splendor. Ore was scattered throughout the land, which made lives easier for the lucky Dwarfs. Unfortunately, the place fell to the Orc Warlord Dork, and the Dwarfs had no choice but to flee their beloved territory to seek refuge from combat. The once mighty place known as Karak Drazh has been renamed “Black Crag” ever since.

Indeed, Warhammer Online’s areas are bursting with lots of history. And we sure can’t wait for this MMO’s release next year. To make the wait more bearable, here are some Black Crag screenshots for you to take a look at. Sure are a bunch of teasers, don’t you think?
