Warhawk v1.1 patch update available for download tomorrow

Warhawk players rejoice – the official release of the version 1.1 patch update for Warhawk on the Sony PlayStation 3 is going live tomorrow, November 2nd, between 5:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. Pacific. Good news for those of us who want a better gaming experience with the title, as well as the players who accidentally downloaded the patch before it’s good and ready. By tomorrow, it will be, and it has all the fixes that were promised to us in an earlier news article.

For the uninitiated, downloading and updating Warhawk when the patch goes online is a breeze: once the patch is deployed, all one needs to do is to boot Warhawk. You’ll then be prompted by the XMB to download the version 1.1 update patch, a process that shouldn’t take very long. And when the download finishes, the game will boot back up again and you’ll be able to play – with the updated build!

So set your clocks, mark your calendars, whatever it takes for you to remember that the guys over at Sony and Incognito Entertainment are releasing the patch tomorrow. Then you can rest assured that whenever you fire up Warhawk on your PS3, it’ll be running with the improvements active.
