Square Enix loves remakes. While the same doesn’t seem to hold true to that game where that psycho pretty boy skewered that flower girl, it does when it comes to Dragon Quest VI. A new trailer for the SNES original’s DS remake, Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Reverie, was recently shown off at Jump Festa 2010, and now you can watch all three minutes of it after the jump.

Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Reverie is currently tracking a January release in Japan. North American and European releases have also been confirmed, although no exact dates have been announced yet.
