Wii are the Champions

Before E3, shortly after the Wii name announcement, TheTraveller created two “commercials” that used songs centering around the word “We” from which “Wii” is derived. Back then, I said that all that remained was a commercial focusing on “Wii are the Champions.” Today, I found that commercial while looking over the winners and runner-ups for GameTrailers’ E3 User Movie Contest.

This movie is definitely the best of the commercials so far. One of the reasons is likely because unlike TheTraveller, deathbymonkey77 had actual Wii footage to use! You can check out the video by going here.

It’s all synced up pretty darn well in my opinion. You just can’t beat the timing of “And bad mistakes, I’ve made a few” there! The timing at which the Wii footage came in was also brilliantly executed. It’s all in the timing here.
