Wii Connection Tour 07 begins in AU on September 22
It is only natural for the the big three (Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony) to conduct promotional tours every now and then to further market their respective consoles, as well as the video game titles that will be released on them. It seems that this month is especially poignant for Australian gamers, as Nintendo plans on bringing the Wii to them.
Nintendo Australia has just announced a national tour that will begin on September 22. Dubbed the Wii Connection Tour ’07 – Big Games for Big Brains, this event will be showcasing some of the newest most anticipated titles for the Wii and DS.
Such games named by Nintendo of Australia include Big Brain Academy for Wii, Super Paper Mario, Wii Sports, Picross DS, and The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. Furthermore, it was also announced that a demonstration booth for Metroid Prime 3: Corruption will be present in the tour.
