Wii Console + Wii Sports Package Pre-order
Remember the Wii announcement earlier? If you still can’t find someone/place where you can pre-order a Wii, we’ve found another site that you can get to. While surfing the net, we came across a Wii Console bundled with Wii Sports on Play.com priced at 179.99 Pounds ($320) title. It includes a white Wii Remote and Wii Nunchuck. According to the site, all pre-orders are on a first come, first served basis, yet still subject to availability. Sorry folks, you can’t buy more than one. By the way they provide free delivery. As was mentioned during the conference, the Wii Europe release date is Dec. 8, 2006.
Good news for the GameCube and DS. The console is backwards compatible. You can use your old GameCube games and controllers in this one as well. It was also mentioned that you can use the Nintendo DS. No official news yet on what DS game will be involved with this feature, but we’re willing to bet that those games will be crawling out of the woodwork soon. For more info regarding the other features, you can take a look at our previous article.
We’ll provide you with the latest info as we read them.
