Wii Development Kit Pictures – A Green Wii?
It’s almost common knowledge among gamers that development kits for consoles usually come in colors different to the units that are made available for retail. For example, last August when Nintendo had an announcement to make at a THQ Press event, they showcased several images of their development kit, and seen in it was a weird black Wii Controller.
As cool as black is, did you know that developers probably saw Wii in green for a reasonable amount of time?
The folks at Engadget have happened upon several pictures of the snazzy money colored console. Note the size of the Wii development kit compared to the keyboard. Nice don’t you think?
As for all of us gamers, I think it’s safe to assume that we’ll be seeing retail versions of Wii in several nifty colors. After all the DS went pink, why not the Wii right?
