Wii Gets A “Revolution”

headerThey say you want a Revolution. Here it comes…

Remember when the Wii was called the Revolution? People thought that the name Wii sounded weird. Nowadays, it’s on the lips of every Nintendo fan out there. Like a phoenix from the ashes–Revolution is back…as a magazine and website!

The UK independent magazine will be offering up-to-date news, in-depth previews and reviews, exclusive interviews, plus two free mini-magazines every issue focusing on the latest Nintendo DS previews and reviews, and the world of retro gaming. Total pages of Wii exclusive info? 116. That’s a lot! The website will be providing online content, game trailers, screens, podcasts, and forums. No more expensive DVDs to pay for.

According to the Editor, Martin Mathers, “…WeÂ’ve aimed to create a magazine thatÂ’s deeply passionate and knowledgeable about Nintendo, but is completely open and honest too.” In short, if there’s a Wii game out there that didn’t quite made the cut, they’ll write about it in their reviews. Expect unbiased reviews from the game experts.

We just checked out the Imagine Publishing‘s website, but it still hasn’t registered the revolution website among its rosters. We’ll check up on it on the release date on Sept. 14.
