Wii homebrew – BCX-BASIC
Wii homebrew devs, check this out. It’s the BCX, or the BASIC to C Translator. It simply means that the app converts the BASIC code to C. Then after conversion, the resulting code is compiled with the devKitPro toolchain with all the libraries like a normal Wiibrew app.

Wii homebrew devs, check this out. It’s the BCX, or the BASIC to C Translator. It simply means that the app converts the BASIC code to C. Then after conversion, the resulting code is compiled with the devKitPro toolchain with all the libraries like a normal Wiibrew app.
The package includes a tutorial with several examples so you’d know right away how to use BCX in the console mode, graphics with GRRLIB, keyboard, and file support. You also need to know a thing or two about C, because you’d need to inspect the C code that the app generates.
You can find all the info you’ll need in the package’s ftool text.
