Wii Homebrew – Loadmii v0.3

The lemon man released his new homebrew utility for the Wii, Loadmii v0.3. To those of you new in the Wiibrew community, Loadmii is a small but powerful loader that can run executables from SD cards, USB sticks, SMB shares, USB Gecko and SD Gecko.

Loadmii is composed of three parts, namely the loader itself, the reloading stub and the bootstrapper. This new version sees the addition of smp support and code cleanup.Do take note that for you to be able to use the smb feature you’ll need to create a share.ini file in the DS root. To do that, just use the following structure:

There’s more to expect from The lemon man and his Loadmii brew in the future. He says he’ll be putting in an autoupdate feature as well as load files via wifi. Do stay tuned for those developments.
