Wii will be Mysterious for Games Convention 2006
August is going to be a pretty interesting month for the Wii as Leipzig, Germany‘s Games Convention 2006 has some pretty mysterious Wii references in its lineup.
In addition to rumors of finally getting new details on the Nintendo Wii, Nintendo is also holding a conference there, enigmatically titled Wii Prove Our Promise. At the very least, you know what it’s going to be about.
One final thing mentioned by the folks over at IGN is a second event on the same day with yet another strange title. Electronic Arts/Nintendo has a supposed 2 P.M. schedule with them on the same day. The English version of the Games Conference site, however, only has an Electronic Arts forum slated for that time, and it’s even misspelled as Electronis Arts.
Nevertheless, you can be sure that QJ will be watching these events very carefully. If we’re lucky, we may just find out a lot more about the mysterious Wii and Nintendo’s plans for the future.
