Wiimote “tilt” acceleration read by PC
Yeah, people were able to get their PCs to see the Wiimote. So what to do next? Well, this guy managed to plot all the acceleration values, that the Wiimote sends in a graph and then plot that graph on his laptop. Basically, he managed to get the PC to read the “tilt” of the Wiimote.
What follows? Well, much fun, if you’re techie and all that. Perhaps now that they can get the PC to see and plot input from the Wiimote, they’ll manage to understand and then program (hopefully) around it. But that’s getting ahead of ourselves. For now, enjoy the vid.
Oh, and try not to mind the wiggly camera. The guy filming the vid apparently didn’t bother to use a tripod.
Now we have to wait for these guys to figure out the pointer…
