  • Basic Moves
    • Slice (horizontal cut) – shake your WiiMote in a horizontal motion
    • Slash (vertical cut) – shake your WiiMote in a vertical motion
    • Stab – point your WiiMote straight at the screen and stab.
    • Flash (strong attack) – put more force and distance in your slice/slash/stab. A flash takes down your opponent even if he is on guard
    • Movement – use the analog stick in the WiiMote to move closer or farther from your enemy. The game sports 360 degrees angle so there should be no problem in moving around.

  • Parry
    • A moment where one’s attack is deflected by another attack
    • Parries deal little damage on both parties and could eventually lead to a killer blow

1111

  • Killer Blow
    • When parries often happen, the game switches to a killer blow mode.
    • In this mode, in order to escape from the other’s attack, one should guess his attacker’s move. Hence if he attacks with a slice, you have to attack with a slice as well.
    • The killer blow last for three rounds. In the event that you weren’t able to guess his attack, you receive a killer blow. But if you managed to guess them in three rounds, you can live for another day.

1111

  • Bankai (You were waiting for this, were you?)
    • Activating your Bankai all depends on the stature of your game play. If you managed to lock enough combos, deliver killer blows and parries, then the Bankai mode will activate and necessary instructions will be given in order to use the Bankai.
    • Bankais will feature a special animation sequence that lasts until your power is depleted.
