Apple Podcasts are now available on the Web
Last updated 11 hours agoApple has finally made its entire podcast library online. This allows users to listen in Safari, or other browsers instead of using the Apple Podcasts application. Apple has brought another service online after releasing Apple Maps on the web in July 2024. Apple Podcasts are now available in web browsers. The company said that users can now enjoy their favorite features, including the ability to browse millions shows in a variety categories, access the Library and Top Charts of the company, purchase premium subscriptions for podcasts, and much more. This is for PCs and Android users. Apple devices will open the Podcasts app when clicking on an Apple Podcasts link. Apple claims that this makes it easier to share podcast episodes and shows. The shows of creators are now “accessible by anyone with a browser on any device and reaching a larger global audience.” Apple Podcasts will be widely available online, and this follows the company’s decision to embed links to shows. It launched an embeddable player for podcasts in November 2020.
