Worms on XBLA incoming sooner than you think?
There’s been whispers across the Team 17 forums about the looming release date of the Worms title headed to the Xbox Live Arcade.
According to Spadge (he’s one of Team 17’s developers) in a recent post, they’re basically down to the last bug and that the game has now hit Microsoft‘s Xbox Live developer system Partner Net.
It’s now going to be only a matter of time before Team 17 makes a formal announcement of the game’s official release on XBLA and most everyone thinks that the announcement would happen on January 8 during the 2007 Consumer Electronics Show.
The XBLA limit of 50MB will give us a full version, but it’s been said that the team is already working on downloadable content.
