Gnomeregan, for example, has an advised level range from 24-40 while The Scarlet Monastery has 29-40. Blizzard poster Tseric gave an answer that was a little less direct, “There are some adjustments that are under consideration for the level range of dungeons, but nothing definite to report on at the moment.”

Meeting stones also have level brackets, hence they can indicate at what advised levels can run a particular instance.
