WoW mods galore: Proc Watcher, ShapeBind, DetachedMiniButtons
Heads-up! We got cartloads of WoW mods here, that you might be interested in: Proc Watcher v2.2, Shapebind and DetachedMiniButtons.0.9.19. What are these and how do they work? Let’s take a look:
The Proc Watcher v2.2 by Seyss enables users to keep track of their abilities by showing them in a window, along with Count/CritsCount, Crit Chance and Highest Value. According to our source, it “learns” what abilities you have as you use then, and even continues to collect data even if you close the window. Dont’ know how to use it? Here are the controls:
- Type ‘/pw’ to toggle window display.
- Type ‘/pw bg’ to show/hide window when entering/leaving BGs.
- Type ‘/pw auto’ to auto open the window on log-in.
- Type ‘/pw reset x’ to reset row number x, or all data if x is not given.
- Type ‘/pw help’ to show all available options.
You might have noticed that this is v2.2 already. This is know to be bug-free, but if you’re curious as to what changes were made, check out the list below:
- option to reset a certain row (‘/pw reset x’ where x is the row number)
- ‘/pw’ now toggles window display.
- reduced max size of the proc text.
- reduced window size a little bit.

Next stop, we have ShapeBind v1.2.12 courtesy of JWoose, which adds keybinding for shapeshifting and dismounting. In this version, Enrage (while in bear with the option to charge) was added. Here are the features and instructions:
Features:
- Keybind for shapeshift forms
- Keybind for returning to human form from any other form
- The human form key also dismounts you
USAGE:
- Go to the Keybind menu. Scroll down to the ShapeBind Section and select them.
- Charge while in Bear – when you hit the bear shapeshift keybind you will charge your current target
- Enrage while in Bear – if Enrage isn’t in cooldown then cast enrage
- Then Charge – if Enrage is in cooldown then charge
- Prowl while in Cat – when you hit the cat shapshift keybind you will prowl
- Stay Shapeshifted – if you press the shapeshift keybind while in that form you stay shapeshifted
- Note:’Prowl while in Cat’ and ‘Charge while in Bear’ overrides the above function.
- Note:You will stay shapeshifted still in travel and aquatic forms
- Note:The only way to get back to human form is by either hiting the humanform keybind or clicking on your shapeshift bar.
The last one’s DetachedMiniButtons.0.9.20 by borohir, which “detaches” all your minimap buttons, thus giving you freedom to place them anywhere you want (provided they’re within the bounds of your monitor, of course). In this version, Fix for Gatherer tooltips do not appear anymore when you hover it with your mouse. Here are the commands:
- /dmbs [help] : shows help
- /dmbs nodock : buttons will NOT try to dock to Minimap when close to it.
- /dmbs dock : buttons will try to dock to Minimap when close to it. This is default.
- /dmbs reset : reset all buttons back to initial positions.
- /dmbs lock, /dmbs unlock. Lock stops movement of buttons, unlock allows it. This does NOT prevent other mods
- from moving the buttons.
- Slash command /dmbs now shows help, use /dmbs scan to rescan buttons.
- /dmbs scan which scans for new buttons.
- dmbs cfg which shows lock/dock settings.
That’s it, folks! Enjoy!
