WoW mods: Paparazzi, Automatic Ding Congratulator, and IMBA

Night ElfIt’s World of Warcraft mod day, and we’re serving you guys three cool WoW apps you wouldn’t want to miss. Let’s see, we have Paparazzi from Neriak, Automatic Ding Congratulator by Stewart, and IMBA (IMpervious Boss Addons) by Cryect.

Paparazzi, just as it name suggest, let you take interesting photos either in a single snapshot or in a series of action frames. So if you badly want to take a series of pictures of ’em kickass WoW cows, better check this mod out.

IMBA is a boss addon, Friendly Neighbor, Tank Finder, and a Minimap marker all rolled into neat package. Its maker, Cryect says that it also includes various tools such as Raid Icon Monitor, which keeps tabs of your targets, and a Blackboard for those raid strategy sessions.

Automatic Ding Congratulator by Stewart constantly makes you aware or allies’ progress in WoW. Just like those addons that say “ding!” whenever somebody in your guild chat levels up, this one actually congratulates the said person who just leveled up. So whenever you’re “ding-ed,” this addon automatically congratulates the said “ding-er.” Nice, eh?

Features:

  • You can set up two key bindings to either take a single snapshot or a series of action photos. It’s up to you to setup the delay between every picture and how many you would like to take with the Auto-Screenshot option.
  • You can toggle whether you want to auto-hide pc/npc names when taking screenshots. After Paparazzi is done, it’ll toggle the names visibility back to your settings.

Slash Commands:

  • pap – Shows command list
  • standby – Toggle to put the addon into standby mode
  • delay – Sets delay between auto-screenshots
  • amount – Sets amount of auto-screenshots
  • pc – Hides PC names when taking screenshots
  • own – Hides own name when taking screenshots
  • guild – Hides guild tags when taking screenshots
  • pvp – Hides PvP ranks when taking screenshots
  • npc – Hides NPC names when taking screenshots
  • reset – Resets all settings to their defaults

Additional features:

  • Ego deflation – despite the requests for it, this addon will not congratulate you when you yourself say ding
  • If your guild is anything like mine, then they may feel the need to spam the guild channel with “ding” for the mere pleasure of watching you helplessly reply to every single message. The addon can be turned off at any time by use of the /gratz chat command.
