Blizzard relaunched a heavily upgraded Battle.Net earlier this year with the end goal of integrating all of their games under one banner service.

There’s also another update in the pipeline that’ll introduce such features as cross-realm and cross-game chat. To prepare for the update, Blizzard is asking all World of Warcraft players to merge their accounts by November.

The deadline for the merge has been set for November 11. If the thought of being unable to log in to your WoW account isn’t enough of an incentive, Blizzard is also giving away a penguin pet to everybody who upgrades to Battle.Net — including those who have already done so.
