wowRLY? 5 new realms spotted?
Truth is stranger than fiction, or so they say. This time around though, truth is more confusing than anything else. When someone took note of a couple of “new” realms spotted in World of Warcraft and posted the list in the WoW Forums, there was a bit of a ruckus. Here’s the supposed list:
- PvP: Legion Hold
- PvP: Halaa
- PvE: Ghostlands
- PvP: Eversong
- PvE: Bladespire
Crying for joy? Don’t fog up your monitor too soon though. Time to make things clear… whatever you can make clear of it, that is. Official Blizzard poster Drysc was quick on giving a response to this list, and a lot of forum posters seem to be questioning the rather vague choice of words:

They are not being displayed as they are realms we intend to open any time soon, for some reason they’re ending up on a list that marks them to be displayed on that page. I really don’t know any more than that, but what I do know is that no new realms are planned for release in the foreseeable future.
“Foreseeable future.” What exactly did Drysc mean? We’ll leave that up to you guys for interpretation.
