XBLA Prince of Persia Classic comparison with originals

Some Xbox 360 owners are probably having a great time with their Prince of Persia Classic from XBLA, but those who are still undecided can check out this video.

Take a trip down memory lane as Genesis, PC, and Xbox versions are compared side by side. A lot has changed, but the game stays true to the original’s roots. Transition from 2D to 3D looks pretty epic just by looking at the intro. Sure, our platforming prince is still jumping in a sidescrolling fashion, but the remake has a lot more depth and detail worth years of technological advancement.

Added are new puzzle elements, such as stepping on certain glyphs. Some other challenges are also thrown into the mix, like more falling bridges or added segments. See it for yourself on the embed below.
