XBLA sale: Bankshot Billiards 2, Frogger, Hardwood Spades

For those of us hankering for some classic retrogaming action on our Xbox 360s but are a bit short on Microsoft Points, then here’s something that should be of interest: Microsoft’s temporarily slashing points off the pricetags of some pretty awesome titles. This one-time deal starts on 12:00 AM GMT of Wednesday, September 26 to 11:59 AM GMT of October 2 (that’s 5:00 PM Thursday, September 27 and 4:59 PM October 3 for PDT folks).  Neat!

So, which titles were hit with the discount stick? Here’s a list of the titles, with the prices before and after the markdown:

• Bankshot Billiards 2 (1,200 MP then, 900 MP now)
• Frogger (400 MP then, 300 MP now)
• Hardwood Spades (400 MP then, 300 MP now)

Do note that these changes will only be implemented at the dates and times given above, and after the period set, they’ll be restored to their original selling prices. So if you want to get these titles cheap, be sure to purchase them quick!
