The dreaded “Black Screen of Death” can be seen in the pictures below that were posted on the xbox-scene forums. Apparently this was a Wal-Mart kiosk, when they guy went in to check it out, he was greeted with this nice view. He also mentioned that the glass on the kiosk was hot to the touch, which brought up the theory that these are mostly heat related issues (this has been floating around for a while now).
