Xbox 360 price cuts in UK confirmed

With the announced price drops of the Xbox 360 from the other week, we now got the confirmed list of prices of how much they’ll be sold in the UK. Price cut D-Day is September 19 – yep, that’s this Friday already! If you plan to buy a unit, make sure you aren’t being ripped off; check out the ERP of each console bundle in the full article!

Well, it took a while for the press release to roll out, but now it’s here. While the announcement of the Xbox 360 price drops were confirmed for North America about two weeks ago, we now also get the same confirmation for the UK.

All three models/bundles of the Xbox 360 will get a slash off their price, effective starting this Friday, September 19. Here’s the current list of estimated retail prices for the consoles:

• Xbox 360 Arcade: £129.99
• Xbox 360 (Premium/Pro): £169.99
• Xbox 360 Elite: £229.99

Not sure if I can see the console receiving another price drop any time soon, so if you haven’t got a 360 yet, now’s a great time to jump into the fray.
