Xbox Live Vision Camera for US$ 28?

Live VisionOf course you guys know by now that the Xbox Live Vision Camera’s been available for more than a month now. And because you know about it already, we’re not going to report on it anymore (cringes at imaginary voices, saying “Boo! Old news Suxxx0rrrz!”).

But you probably don’t know that Buy.com’s offering it for US$ 28 shipped with Google Checkout. Here’s what our source has to to say about it:

The key is to not sign in with your Buy.com ID – instead go through Google Checkout for an instant $10 off. The $10 off works on the other Vision Camera bundles as well.

Moreover our source made an update about it, as others claim that you can go to buy.com with your browser for the Google Checkout to show up. Then add it to cart, close your browser, re-open buy.com and voila, it should show up in the header.

Now, you’re probably now scrambling for your browsers and clicking away at Buy.com right now. However, do take note that we haven’t tried it yet, so as far as this rumor’s validity goes, well, we’re still a bit iffy about it. However, if you already tried this yourself, and proved that this is true, then by all means, send us a heads-up. You know we love to hear from you.
