XNA – Blocks Demo
Over the weekend, Matt, an XNA developer, made one of those games that concern falling blocks and arranging things. However, he doesn’t intend for it to be a complete game, since according to him, he’s still feeling his way in the XNA Environment, and he wants to get his feet wet by releasing a few generic game demos.
The object of this demo is to swap the blocks to get three or more of the same color to touch. The more blocks you blow up the faster the blocks fall. Basically, it’s your general casual puzzle game that could really turn into a reflexes tester really quick. ItÂ’s by no means complete, but according to Matt, it should be a pretty good starting point for any block type game. Want to give it a dry run? Download the file to check it out for yourself.
