XNA Speedcoding: 3D rendering in five minutes with Charles Cox
We know how a bunch of you guys might be oozing with excitement about creating your own 360 homebrew. But where does one start? That’s what the video tutorials are there for. However, before you go on with your ‘brewing projects, you might want to get a bit of an introduction from Charles Cox while you’re at it.
During the XNA Game Studio Express launch last December 11, Cox demonstrated the 3D scene-rendering in five short minutes. Here’s a video (posted by agentcox) of his presentation:
Too bad we can’t see the actual text that gets typed onto the screen, but his commentary on the actual coding process is easy enough to follow. If you notch the vid at around the 5:30 mark, you get to see the output of his code. Amazing how he makes it look so easy. Maybe it really is?
