XSATA – Yet Another HDD Adaptor
As if the Team Avalaunch and 360SATA Adapters weren’t enough, Datel decided to hop on the HDD adaptor wagon with the release of the XSATA. Essentially, this devices allow you to connect your Xbox 360 hard drive to your PC without having to open it up, making it easy to transfer files if you have the appropriate programs. This plug-and-play device is retailing for $40 and boasts transfer speeds up to 480mbps via a USB 2.0 connection. This device is a little different than the other two because it actually sits between your hard drive and the console. Aside from adding a cool blue edge to your 360, you won’t have to worry about losing tiny adaptors. Although this will probably cost more than the other two alternatives, you’ll definitely get your money’s worth here.
