Sega‘s Yakuza 3 intends to give you more than just riveting action, it also would like you to have some RnR in-game. According to the latest issue of Famitsu, there are a lot of other wholesome activities to be had in the game, and not just throat-slitting confrontations.
Apart from the main story, there are said to be mini-games to chill out every once in a while. There’s the mall, for one. And where there’s a mall, there’s a lot of entertainment. Check out that monorail which you can ride to the next destination when you drop by.
That next destination will be the golf course for, what else, golf. There’s also a billiards game complete with rules and cabaret girls, whom you can compete against, as well as fishing. For the last activity, you’ll need food items for bait. And if you get a good bite, you can actually sell them fishies as items or for money. Nothing wrong with a few extra bucks, I say.
Ryu ga Gotoku 3 in Japan, Yakuza 3 will be slashing its way to the PS3 on February 26 — for Japan, at least.
