Yakuza 3 release date for Japan confirmed
It’s almost here! And by “here” I mean Japan. Famitsu recently learned that Sega will be releasing its criminal underworld brawler, Yakuza 3, on February 26 of next year.
It’s almost here! And by “here” I mean Japan. Famitsu recently learned that Sega will be releasing its criminal underworld brawler, Yakuza 3, on February 26 of next year.
Unlike Kenzan!, which transported us back to feudal Japan for a spell, this latest entry into the Yakuza series will be putting you back into the shoes Kazuma Kiryu and will be picking up right where Yakuza 2 left off.
Fans of the original series will be happy to know that they’ve improved on the already-smooth combat mechanics and tweaked up the immersion level. Comparisons to Shenmue are quite common. We’re expecting good things from this game, Sega. Don’t let us down (else we’ll have to insist that you remove your one of your fingers in atonement).
