Zombie Studios signs with Digital Development
Seattle-based Zombie Studios has signed on with development studio presentation agency Digital Development Management (DDM). Zombie, a 13-year indie videogame development veteran, recently emerged as a top independent studio with the release of America’s Army: Special Forces Mission Editor, an Unreal level editor for America’s Army.
Jeff Hilbert, a DDM partner, expressed excitement at the deal. “Not only are they a highly creative team with next-gen console expertise, Zombie is also one of the few independent studios with a multimillion unit track record for original properties like Spec Ops… The studio’s history, combined with their new focus on developing only front line products, is a perfect match for our client profile.”
Zombie Co-CEO Mark Long echoes Hilbert’s sentiments. “DDM is a great fit for us. Zombie has spent the last two years building a triple-A development process and team to match our creative goals. And now we’re executing our strategy with DDM.”
