One of the greatest questions that have ever plagued mankind is this: why on earth do we get excited over scans of our favorite games even though we haven’t the slightest idea what they’re saying?

Yes, even the world’s greatest thinkers probably couldn’t find an answer to that, and hard as we try, we here at QJ really can’t come up with an answer ourselves. So…here we are, once again, we fold like suckers at these new scans of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII from Japanese magazines Famitsu, V-Jump, and Dengeki PS.

It’s a good good thing for us that Crisis Core was playable in the Jump Festa Event held last weekend in Tokyo, because it revealed some details about the game including two levels, the invasion of Wutai, and the combat against Ifrit. So anyway, these scans look really informative and loaded on juicy details so uhh…if there are any kind Japanese-speaking souls out there reading this, we could really use some help here. And it’s Christmas! Now more than ever, we should be helping our fellow video-gaming brethren, eh? *winks*
