Jeanne D’Arc Screens and Updates
Jeanne D’Arc is quite a novel game mixing French history and fantasy. In this Famitsu update, they give us new details on how fantasy will be incorporated unto the characters of Jeanne D’Arc. In the game, characters will be given a skill stone, a stone that contains magic and the particular skill that utilizes it. When equipped, it allows you to use the magic freely in your battles.
There are 6 skill stones that you can equip to your body (see the middle screenshot on the bottom row). There will also be rare skill stones that would be helpful in your gameplay. The rarer a skill stone is, the better it can help you in the game. (The idea of skill stones reminds me of FFVII for some strange reason.)
The gameplay looks lovely so far, and as a fan of history, I can’t help but wait for the next update of the game.
