MGS4 pwns, says Resistance 2 Easter egg

One of the readers of PS3 Fanboy found an interesting little easter egg shout out to Konami’s Metal Gear Solid 4 while playing through Resistance 2. He even sent a pic. Check it out in the full article.

Found in Resistance 2‘s co-op mode, was this little Easter egg shout out to Hideo Kojima’s magnum opus, Metal Gear Solid 4:

It PWNS indeed. Evidently, someone in Insomniac really liked MGS4. I knew those guys had good taste (as though Resistance 2 itself wasn’t proof enough of this).

This Easter egg can be found on the Spec Ops’ ammo crate after “proto type ammo berserk” has been activated. A reader from PS3 Fanboy named Jay found it originally (or at least is the first to successfully call attention to it). He’s also the one how took the screenie and sent it to the folks at PS3fanboy to post. Well done, Jay. Good eyes.
