Mortal Kombat: Unchained Screens

Mortal Kombat: Unchained is the portable version of the 2004 title Mortal Kombat: Deception. The PSP version doesn’t seem to be light on features either; the screenshots show that you can still switch between fighting styles and that the environments are 3D. Even though these screens look a little on the bland side, I’m sure they will look much better on the PSP’s screen in real time instead.

In Unchained, gamers can expect to be able to perform multiple fatalities with characters like Jax, Shao Kahn, and even Goro. The Konquest mode will also be brought over here, as will the mini games. Ad-hoc functionality will be supported as well, so it won’t be too long before you’re fighting a buddy head to head. Mortal Kombat: Unchained will ship sometime in Fall 2006.
