New Gameplay Trailer! Final Fantasy III Spells!

They look like kids in that game, but they’re certainly killing things as if they were battlefield vets. Ah well, that’s Final Fantasy for you.

Thanks to GameVideos, we’ve been able to pick up a new gameplay video for Final Fantasy III that comes straight from the import (Japanese language and all that). You really can’t fault how they’ve upgraded it for the Nintendo DS as it looks great, and the moogles still retain their charm!

Anyway, this video is pretty much set in one of the earlier dungeons and introduces all of the basic points we’ve come expect from FF games. It shows off some of the cutscenes and has your party fighting skeletons, goblins, and a floating genie with chest hair! Oh, and so we don’t forget, your main character gets to square off against a giant floating turtle boss by himself! Nice!
