Sweet! This week, we’re getting – OK, fine – Japan‘s getting new downloadable content for Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G. We’re sure about 1.5 million gamers over there are going to be jumping for bones, tusks, and claws with this bit of news. And maybe, some of you would be just as excited.

Today (or yesterday, in Japan), April 11, Capcom‘s rolled out new DLC for PSP users to download. There’s four new quests: two for Event, and another two for Challenge.

The new Event Quests are titled “Jungle Hunt” and “Wild Boar Attack”. The first of which will pit you against three monsters – Baba Konga, Rathian and Hipknock – while the second hits you up with a couple of Bullfango. Rawr.

On the other side of the bargain, “Challenge Quest 02” and “Monster Hunter Festa 01” are clocked in as the two new Challenge Quests. Respectively, the two quests will slap gamers up against the likes of King Chachabu and the Narugakaruga dragon.

Screenshots? Oh, yeah…
